A charter for shanty towns! Dear God. That would never do, would it Mr Freer?
I quite fancy this, actually. I could fit half a dozen tents in the back garden, and two in the front. They'll have to use the tap in the yard for a wash, though.
Couldn't look worse than my garden does at the moment. But that's OK, 'cos I live in Burnt Oak. This could really catch on.
