Matthew is not the brightest in the pack, but he's pugnacious and he certainly sticks up for me. If it weren't for him and his opportunistic appeal to the Human Rights Act (you don't imagine he believes in it, do you?) I'd be stuck at home every day chewing the furniture instead of scratching myself in a corner of his office. I can't speak for his constituents and what they think of him.
